 Martine Combemale founded Human Resources Without Borders in 2006. Martine was appointed Knight of the Legion of Honour in July 2019 by the French government.

She provides her extensive expertise in Child Labour and Forced Labour to several international projects. She’s the prime RHSF’s Ambassador.

She has more than 20 years of experience in forced labour and child labour risk assessment in supply chains, as well as in the development of action plans involving all relevant stakeholders. Her professional experience extends across Africa, Asia, Latin America and all parts of Europe.

Martine was also project manager at Vigeo, the French rating agency. She is the co-author of "Que Sais-Je?“ (“What do I know about?”) on Social Audit (published in 2012).

Martine holds a Master's degree in Corporate Audit and several diplomas in Human Rights and Children's Rights.

 Magali Croese heads RHSF and its three activities : General Interest Projects, Funding and Consultancy. She oversees RHSF’s international action and development in parallel to her expert contribution in the areas of Responsible HR Management and risk of Forced Labour.

Magali has more than 15 years working for Multi-National Corporations (Accenture, Air Liquide, Credit Agricole, Shiseido, Arkadin) including 10 years in Human Resources Management and 5 years in Supply Chain. Her expertise in HR processes and working conditions has been shaped across various industries and countries including France, Singapore, India, Japan and Australia.

She holds a Master degree in Material Sciences and Supply Chain. 

Former HR Director for Asia Pacific, she is also a trained auditor in social audit (IAS).

 Aziz Ahammout manages both RHSF’s operations and administration. He is the key person for RHSF’s tools (country risk mappings, migration data, guides and training resources) and performs a continuous watch on international labour laws and practices. His HR background and his extensive exposure to various cultures are instrumental to maintain RHSF’s resources and explore new ones.

After several years in various HR roles, Aziz volunteered at RHSF before joining the organization in 2016 as Project Manager then Operations Manager. He holds a dual Master degree in Human Resources Management and in Social and Collaborative Economy.

 Estelle Eeckeman manages both RHSF’s projects and communication. She ensures RHSF’s projects are run and delivered on schedule and she manages all PR and communication aspects :  press release, website, social media, events. Her legal and project management background, as well as her deep understanding of human rights abuses are key to support RHSF’s core of actions.

Estelle worked as a project manager in the social sector then as a legal officer specialized in Violence against women and Discriminations. She joined RHSF in 2017 first as Communication Executive then as Project and Communication Manager.

She holds a dual Master degree in Conflicts and Development and in Human Rights.

 Hui Chen manages RHSF’s projects in China. She specializes in HR Management and Chinese companies’ CSR assessment. With RHSF’s founder Martine Combemale, she worked extensively on one of RHSF’s most famous project, awarded in 2015 and 2016 : a 2-year immersive experience in a Chinese factory to reduce excessive overtime through more responsible management practices. Hui’s experience in both Chinese and French HR project management is an asset for RHSF’s methodologies spread across China and Asia.

Hui joined RHSF in 2012 as HR & CSR Consultant for China’s projects.

She holds a dual Master degree in Human Resources Management and in Organization Management and Responsible Development.
