RHSF has proved during a field experience that decent work was possible in China. Indeed, RHSF created a CSR project in partnership with a French contractor and its supplier in China, Polyunion. Results, measured throughout the two years spent by RHSF in full immersion in the Chinese factory, show that it is possible, in respect with CSR policies of the contractor and supplier's culture, to reduce overtime and turn-over significantly and in a sustainable way while improving quality and productivity. Thus, this project is the proof that an improvement of Human rights and working conditions is possible without affecting products' quality and productivity.

Soon, RHSF will publish a book on conclusions drawn from the pilot project in China. This book is intended to companies in order to prove them that making business is possible while improving Human rights at work.
