Through pilot projects, RHSF can transfer skills to local staff to develop employability, follow the project on time with an earnings target, and report as part of a monitoring system and tailored reporting.

Hui Chen CSR clubHui Chen-Malbranque, the manager of the pilot project in China has participated to the French CSR Club in China, in Beijing, in the presence inter alia of the Minister of Labour, Myriam El Khomri.

She spoke about working time in the first session which dealt with "how the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) can be a powerful tool to retain skilled workforce?".

This event provided the opportunity to introduce this project awarded in the Trophée des achats in the "Business Innovation" category and which demonstrates that improvements in Human rights in China are possible without affecting the products' quality and the productivity.

On June 20th, in the théâtre Mogador in Paris, RHSF has been awarded the bronze medal in the "Business Innovation" category during the 10th edition of the "Trophée des achats" for its project in China. This project, once again recognised, demonstrates that improvements in Human rights in China are possible without affecting the products' quality and the productivity.

HS PUThe first stage of our pilot project, with a test group, was a success. That is why the company has 500 employees used our collaborator Hui Chen to extend it to the entire plant, with the expertise of RHSF. These reduce overtime without reducing wages, while improving quality and productivity as part of a CSR policy. A difficult task as employees in China believe that wage increases can only come overtime, even if they are putting their health at risk.

This project proved that a policy tailored HR is the indispensable basis for the establishment of a CSR policy at suppliers. Client and contractor agreed to revise their attitudes, one by adopting a responsible purchasing policy, the other balancing HR and CSR with its economic interests.

The success of this project has created, with support from the European Social Fund, a platform for information exchange and to extend it to other subcontractors in Asia and Eastern Europe and sharing tools developed with other donors french order.
